The KJ Marketing lightweight, portable custom mechanical fixtures are targeted at low volume testing, bench top functional testing and burn-in of Printed Circuit Boards.

Standard Fixture Kits include cabinet, blank rear connector panel, probe plate, top plate, actuator assembly and X,Y,Z adjustment hold down assembly.

Customized Fixtures are drilled and wired. Includes test probes, receptacles, locating pins and hold down posts. Interface to specific commercial testers can be installed as specified by customer, or cabling provisions can be provided.

Customized Fixture orders include the Kit Model Number, detailed layout data including X Y drilling data, bare and loaded UUTs, mechanical drawings and wire list.

Mechanical customization is possible to test assembled modules.
